Il est superb, Monsieur Kim!

As French football supporters will be well aware, Sweden’s Kim Källström is pure class. The lad with the deadly left foot struck again last night scoring his 8th goal of the season as Rennes drew with PSG 1-1.

Källström scored in the 71st minute, pushing Rennes closer to a place in next season’s Champions League.

Having established himself as a key member of Rennes, the French side must surely be hoping the lad doesn’t impress too much in Germany as he’ll be off to the Premier League before they know it.

He will probably not get the chance to impress. Lagerbäck will start with Anders “Spare tire” Svensson every game.

I know, you’re right. But Källström is pure class. He’s superb on the ball. It frustrates me that we always put experience before talent.
