Lucic dominante in Allsvenskan

April 18th, 2006 | By: Nicke | No Comments »

Three rounds of has been played in the Swedish League Allsvenskan and Teddy Lucic has showed that he can dominate in a club team as well as in the Swedish national team. Lucic has led his team BK Häcken to draws against Malmö and Halmstad and one victory against Gefle and scored in the first game.

IFK Göteborg had to play their two first games without Niclas Alexandersson and that was enough to prove how important he is, when he returned this weekend Göteborg finally managed to play something that looks like football. Anders Svensson struggle to find his form in Elfsborg, he impress defensively but has not been able to produce much offensively, maybe his penalty goal against Öster can give him some confidence. Daniel Andersson, Mattias Jonsson and Tobias Hysén have all been anonymous and Hysen is not likely to make it into the squad. Dusan Djuric showed yesterday that he can be our next star when he was brilliant and did everything but a goal when Halmstad outplayed Djurgården but failed to score.
Allsvenskan can be an even completion this year, the three favourites Djurgården, Malmö and Göteborg have not impressed. So far has Hammarby, AIK Solna and Häcken surprised with good results, Helsingborg can climb after the world cup when Henrik Larsson returns from Barcelona.
